By commissioning me you have agreed that you have read my TOS and agree to adhere to the terms wholly.If any rules are broken, the commissioner will be given a warning if they repeat after the first warning, they will be blacklisted from ever further commissioning me.

Commissions

Payment is for a digital piece in the form of a digital image that is custom, no physical item will be received and or shipped to the buyer.I do draw NSFW art, however the commissioner will be required to provide proof that they are over 18. If I find out the commissioner is lying or using a fake or someone else’s ID they will be immediately put on a blacklist.I will draw fetish art; however, some is prohibited such as scat and lolicon/shotacon. If you are unsure if I will draw a certain fetish, please feel free to ask.I will not draw underage characters in comprising poses or adult situations do not ask.I will not provide unwatermarked versions of my work.WIP art will always be provided, if you notice any mistakes, please let me know ahead of time so I do not have to fix it later in the process.

Artist and Commissioner

By commissioning me you are purchasing my time and labor only. I retain all copyrights over my works, which include the right to use the image as a sample for sales and self promotionThe commissioner and only the commission may upload the work done for them, with full credit includedOnce a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use such as, icons, layouts, wallpapers,themes, and personal site displays
